Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of health care customers.
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions aligned to customer needs and product labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent.
- S1: 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works well independently and collaboratively; strong organizational/time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Cedar Rapids, IA; must reside within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products and competing in markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Advanced analytics experience; comfort with multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits / Compensation
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Compensation (Salary Range)
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00
- S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00
