The Position: Experienced cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Medical Affairs (field-based; candidate must be located within one of the territories).

Responsibilities:
- Engage cardiologists/endocrinologists/healthcare professionals/stakeholders with scientific education to advance the treatment landscape.
- Educate on RNAi technology, hypertriglyceridemia, familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and hypercholesterolemia.
- Synthesize and communicate clinical/scientific insights to internal stakeholders.
- Attend and present at scientific congresses/meetings.
- Respond to unsolicited inquiries per MSL compliance standards.
- Support company-sponsored clinical trials via investigator site engagement.
- Support speaker training and ensure speakers are current on disease/product data.
- Support national/regional/local scientific congresses (including Opinion Leader engagement).
- Monitor/analyze publications, clinical trials, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain clinical/scientific expertise and industry acumen.
- Advance MSL value proposition; demonstrate tact/professionalism and deliver results.
- Develop territory-specific Opinion Leader and account plans.
- Communicate clinical/scientific information accurately and clearly.
- Document MSL quantitative/qualitative accomplishments.
- Provide scientific support for Med Info inquiries.
- Develop scientific content for medical education initiatives.
- Support Medical Affairs special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
- PhD, PharmD, MD, or DO (required)
- 5 years of MSL experience
- Cardiometabolic therapeutic experience
- Industry Medical Affairs experience in biotech/pharma
- High-level verbal/written communication; strong collaboration
- Ability to interpret scientific data and translate to education/research needs
- Identify local/regional unmet medical/educational/research needs
- Understanding of healthcare delivery/managed care and research study design/execution
- Strategic/creative results orientation; comfort with ambiguity
- Strong project and time management; ability to travel

Pay Range: $190,000–$210,000 USD. Arrowhead provides competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.
