What You Will Achieve
- Execute sales strategy for Vyndamax per approved indications and support ATTR-CM disease awareness across IDN/health systems and group practice accounts.
- Target healthcare providers across multiple disciplines (e.g., cardiologists, nuclear medicine specialists, advanced practice providers).
- Develop in-depth sales business plans and execute to achieve or exceed target sales and account goals.
- Use approved marketing resources to educate customers, build relationships, and drive performance.
- Follow company policies and applicable government regulations.
How You Will Achieve It
- Account Planning
- Prioritize customer opportunities/projects using available data and stakeholder input.
- Develop territory business objectives and define KPIs aligned to brand objectives.
- Maintain customer profiles, plans, and datasets via company planning resources.
- Refine call planning based on local territory factors (access, geography, collaborations, customer alerts).
- Hybrid Execution / Advanced Selling Skills
- Use advanced selling skills and adapt to complex local market environments.
- Apply approved brand messaging (CSFA) and tailor to segments/individual needs.
- Educate customers on ATTR-CM disease and relevant diagnostic procedures (using approved resources).
- Demonstrate brand value proposition per indications.
- Implement approved marketing educational programs in a compelling and compliant manner.
- Demonstrate change agility in evolving market conditions.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with other customer-facing teams and subject matter experts to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with Rare Disease ROC (cross-functional account team) members as appropriate.
- Demonstrates Business Acumen
- Gather customer insights and anticipate opportunities/threats across local markets.
- Use market/customer data in local planning.
- Provide HQ teams (Brand Marketing, Planning & Innovation, PCA) with local and customer-specific insights.
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years prior pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree with 8+ years OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated teamwork/collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to apply market/customer insights to sales planning and execution.
- Track record of assessing customer (account and/or HCP) needs and providing appropriate tools/resources.
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to influence acceptance of ideas.
- Ability to strictly follow company policies.
Nice-to-Have
- Rare Disease and/or specialty cardiovascular experience (strongly preferred).
- Product launch experience (preferred).
- Hospital sales experience (preferred).
Work Location / Travel
- Remote - field based; ability to drive and meet doctors in person.
- Overnight travel required.

- Annual base salary range: $108,600–$250,700.
- Sales Incentive bonus.
