Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quota results in the assigned territory.
- Perform territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and grow the customer base for Solta devices.
- Provide training presentations and demonstrations on product application and use using effective communication and sales techniques.
- Educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety, and how Solta products meet customer needs.
- Support and help facilitate regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory/area.
- Pre-plan sales calls; manage time to maximize customer contact and customer service.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date account files.
- Prepare sales contracts, quotes, pricing, and terms per company guidelines.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (quarterly business plans, weekly expense reports, account profiles, and customer database).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and competitive products.
- Build and maintain productive relationships across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with Director of Sales and Sales Consultants, including accurate forecasting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience selling capital equipment in the Aesthetics or Dermatology space.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make persuasive technical presentations to physicians/management and large groups; strong professional selling/closing skills.
- Proficiency with word processing, database applications, and software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs; ability to function in an FDA GMP-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of clinical/surgical techniques and medical terminology.
- Excellent planning/organizational skills; effective time management; flexibility with changing priorities.
- Ability to travel adequately (overnights), attend tradeshows, and corporate/training meetings.
- Ability to maintain a suitable remote workstation (including inventory).
- Ability to transport up to 60 pounds of equipment; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to travel ~75% of the time; occasional weekends to support tradeshows/local events.
- Technical acumen to use software and basic hardware (keyboard/mouse).
