Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and oversight of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements (project plans, status reports, weekly status meetings, stakeholder follow-up) to ensure on-time, flawless execution.
- Learn the business for respective therapeutic areas/brands.
- Coordinate with departments and agencies to keep projects on time and meet requirements.
- Proactively optimize campaigns by reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and communicating recommendations.
- Develop/maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports; monitor work in progress and mitigate risks.
- Partner with cross-functional/agency teams to capture requirements, gain approvals, document metadata, and verify data elements.
- Document change requests, communicate impacts, and pursue standardization/automation/process improvements.
- Prepare quarterly campaign audits and campaign performance SLAs for CRM leadership.
- Identify partner issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor performance and recommend actions to increase engagement.
- Participate in planning; run team check-ins to track activity and manage resources; set clear expectations and communications.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorβs in business or marketing (or equivalent experience).
- 3β5 years in database marketing/CRM/email/digital/direct mail/1:1 marketing.
- 3+ years hands-on client service/account/response management.
- Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written/verbal/interpersonal communication; analytical mindset.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of marketing automation/email delivery; familiarity with evolving digital ecosystem.
- In-depth Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or Adobe Marketo/Adobe Campaign/Unica).
- CRM best practices; proven experience launching email campaigns/consumer programs.
- Digital marketing/interactive agency experience is a plus.
