Responsibilities:
- Execute Materials Requirements Planning across the horizon of the Manufacturing Resource Plan for selected work centers within a single site in the GSK Manufacturing network.
- Run the Performance Management process for incoming materials deliveries for a single site.
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure complete accuracy of critical data fields related to incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate incoming delivery data so systems can be used to plan production.
- Focus on material availability in line with production schedule requirements.
- Execute an incoming delivery Scripted Week to supply the Production Fixed Frequency Repeating Schedule (FFRS) with required components.
- Measure supplier performance using various KPIs through performance management.
- Constantly monitor and maintain accuracy of supply-critical fields in data systems for assigned materials.
- Identify and mitigate stock at risk and work with support functions to process inventory write-off requests.

Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service operations
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers

Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualification in a Commerce/Business/supply chain discipline or logistics/supply management/demand management/operational management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all internal/external staff
- Knowledge of Logistics (inbound freight/Customs/Warehouse/Road Distribution and planning activities)
- Knowledge of Materials Management, Scheduling, and supply chain processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong numeracy; knowledge of planning/scheduling systems
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to assimilate information from different sources to generate achievable plans
- Attention to detail; ability to work under pressure; good organizational skills
