Job Description:
US Hospital & Biosimilars Portfolios, Pricing and Contracting Operations (PCO) and Marketing/Communications (MarCom) Business Coordinator will report to the US Hospital Portfolio Lead and manage operational projects, continuous improvement activities, and administrative duties for Portfolio, PCO and MarCom leads and teams.
What You Will Achieve (Responsibilities):
- Coordinate leadership contact: plan/support meetings, events, trainings, and external stakeholder meetings; ensure materials/technology are available.
- Process and track invoices and POs.
- Arrange travel; prepare itineraries; submit expense reports; perform credit card reconciliation.
- Maintain multi-party calendars, resolve conflicts diplomatically, schedule meetings across time zones, and store/share information in the appropriate repository.
- Manage projects and ad-hoc assignments from leads and teams.
- Support initiatives through coordination, collaboration, communication, and ownership.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, tables/charts, templates, and presentations; edit/type documents; run monthly reports; proofreading and filing.
- Copy/format/distribute materials (electronic or hard copy).
- Purchase and track office supplies/equipment via Pfizer systems (including Ariba); maintain records (POs/receipts) and support office equipment/cell phones.
- Provide onboarding administrative support and follow up on technical issues; perform other administrative duties.
- Coordinate across time zones/global sites; coordinate space requirements and cross-site access.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
- HS Diploma + 4 years related administrative business experience.
- Strong systems/applications knowledge: Ariba, Travel & Expense, Teams, Box, Yammer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to perform complex admin tasks, track multiple tasks; attention to detail.
- Excellent communication/organization; handles confidential information.
- Advanced computer skills incl. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to navigate internal organization/processes.
Travel:
- ~15% travel as needed.
