Job Description:
US Hospital & Biosimilars Portfolios, Pricing and Contracting Operations (PCO) and Marketing/Communications (MarCom) Business Coordinator supports the Portfolio, PCO and MarCom Leads and teams with operational projects, continuous improvement, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and assignments with leadership; plan/ support meetings, events, trainings, and external stakeholder meetings (ensure materials/tech are ready).
- Process and track invoices and purchase orders; manage travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and credit card reconciliation.
- Maintain calendars, anticipate conflicts, and schedule meetings across time zones; distribute and store information in the appropriate Pfizer repository.
- Manage projects and ad-hoc assignments; provide support via coordination/collaboration/communication/ownership for high-level initiatives.
- Create/maintain spreadsheets, tables, charts, templates, and presentations; edit/type documents; run monthly reports; file and proofread.
- Copy/format/distribute materials (electronic or hard copy).
- Purchase and track supplies/equipment via Ariba; maintain purchase records (incl. contractors/consultants) and support office supplies/equipment/cell phones.
- Support onboarding and follow up on technical issues; other administrative duties; coordinate space requirements and cross-site access.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma + 4 years of related administrative business experience.
- Strong systems/app knowledge: Ariba, Travel & Expense, Teams, Box, Yammer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Positive team-oriented self-starter; ability to execute with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication/organization; detail-oriented; handle confidential information.
- Advanced computer skills (Office: Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams) and ability to navigate internal processes.
Travel: ~15%.
