Role Responsibilities / What You Will Achieve:
- Drive and manage operational projects, continuous improvement activities, and administrative duties supporting the US Hospital & Biosimilars Portfolios (PCO) and Marketing/Communications (MarCom) teams.
- Coordinate schedules and assignments with leadership; plan and support meetings, events, trainings, and external stakeholder meetings (ensure materials/technology are available).
- Manage invoice and PO processing and tracking.
- Coordinate travel (itineraries), prepare/submit expense reports, and perform credit card reconciliation.
- Maintain multiple calendars, anticipate conflicts, resolve issues diplomatically, schedule meetings across time zones, and store/share information in the appropriate Pfizer repository.
- Manage projects and ad-hoc assignments; provide coordination/collaboration/communication support for initiatives.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, tables, charts, templates, and presentation materials; edit/type documents; proofread; run monthly reports.
- Copy/format/distribute materials (electronic or hard copy).
- Purchase and track office supplies/equipment using Pfizer systems (including ARIBA); maintain purchase/receipt records for compliance.
- Support onboarding of new employees; follow up on technical issues; provide other requested administrative duties.
- Coordinate space requirements and cross-site access as required.

Qualifications (Minimum):
- HS Diploma required; 4 years of related administrative business experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ariba, Travel & Expense, Teams, Box, and Yammer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Positive, team-oriented self-starter; ability to execute with limited supervision.
- Strong goal achievement; attention to detail; strong organization and communication; ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office incl. Outlook, Teams); ability to navigate internal processes.

Travel/Work Setup:
- Travel required ~15%.
- Hybrid work location.
