Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expenses for leaders and teams.
- Organize and support events, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records, support workflow, and resolve queries promptly.
- Administer SharePoint sites and distribution lists.
- Foster collaboration and promote continuous improvement across teams.
- Leverage technology, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Take meeting minutes and support senior leaders as needed.
- Prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (preferred).
- 4-5 years of proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, including diary and event management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information.
- Minute-taking skills and project experience are desirable.
- Certifications in AI or related technologies are a plus.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
