Role Summary

The Business Analyst is an entry level role in the Haleon commercial sales organization, working in collaboration with the sales manager to gain broad experience across Sales, Insights, and Analytics. The role is hands-on, contributing to distinct workstreams and working directly with customers to help attain budget and grow share.

Responsibilities

  • Own critical sales processes including team reporting and tracking (via syndicated data and retailer POS), sales forecasting, JBP scorecard, new item setup and tracking, and information management and distribution.
  • Conduct regular analysis of customers and the marketplace to identify risk and opportunity; share findings with recommendations.
  • Prepare, plan, and follow up on customer and internal meetings and presentations.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools with extensive use of Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Required: Prior work experiences demonstrating growth, learning, and accomplishment (including internships, summer jobs, etc.)
  • Required: Ability and willingness to travel to company meetings, customer meetings, and industry conferences up to 35%
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and ability to learn new technology platforms
  • Preferred: MBA
  • Preferred: Understanding of business processes, analytic approaches, and retail industry; retail experience a plus
  • Preferred: Experience with Nielsen or IRI, retailer systems, or basic programming skills
  • Preferred: Ability to work in teams, manage conflict, collaborate, embrace change; ability to synthesize multiple information sources
  • Preferred: Growth mindset and motivation to navigate complex challenges
