Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and/or target healthcare providers and accounts managing and treating patients with TTR amyloidosis to increase brand awareness and product adoption in the assigned territory.
- Continuously assess sales opportunities and challenges within the territory to grow business.
- Prioritize and manage time, activities, and resources to optimize account access and development.
- Build and maintain physician relationships through pre-call planning, tailored call plans, and post-call analysis.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders; flex communication style to drive alignment and decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, compliance, legal, market access, and patient care centers to ensure access at site of care.
- Create individual account plans for key accounts and physicians to achieve sales goals.
- Support patient identification via market development and physician education; align cross-functionally to retain customers.
- Use programs, in-services, and in-office presentations to drive territory results.
- Uphold integrity and compliance; perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university required.
- B2B sales experience required (or relevant commensurate experience).
- 1β2 years biotech/specialty pharmaceutical business experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interpret simple datasets.
- Excellent communication/listening; growth mindset.
- Travel ~60% (some overnight, including Boston and congresses).
- Valid driverβs license required; must be insurable.
- Must live within assigned territory.
