Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and/or target healthcare providers and accounts managing/treating TTR amyloidosis patients to develop plans that increase brand awareness and product adoption in assigned territory.
- Assess sales opportunities/challenges and continuously grow business.
- Prioritize and manage time/activities/resources to optimize access and development of highest-potential accounts.
- Build and maintain physician relationships using pre-call planning, tailored call plans, and post-call analysis.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive agreement/decisions; adjust communication style to meet stakeholder needs.
- Communicate and collaborate across commercial, compliance, legal, market access, and patient care centers to help ensure access at site of care.
- Build account plans; develop strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize results.
- Drive patient identification via market development and physician education; align cross-functional strategy to retain customers.
- Use programs/in-services/office presentations to impact territory results.
- Maintain highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university (required).
- B2B sales experience or relevant commensurate experience (required).
- 1β2 years biotech/specialty pharma business experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills; basic data analysis interpretation.
- Willingness to learn/adapt; growth mindset.
- Excellent communication/listening; collaboration and customer focus.
- Must be comfortable traveling ~60% (some overnight; includes Boston and congresses); driving essential with valid insurable driverβs license.
- Must live within assigned territory.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Base pay range: $119,000β$161,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (equity).
