Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and/or target healthcare providers and accounts managing and treating patients with TTR amyloidosis to develop plans to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Continuously assess sales opportunities and challenges within the territory and grow business.
- Prioritize and manage time, activities, and resources to optimize access to and development of accounts with the most sales potential.
- Build and maintain physician relationships using pre-call planning, tailored call plans, and post-call analysis.
- Proactively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders; drive alignment and decisions across stakeholders and adapt communication to needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, compliance, legal, market access, and patient care centers to help ensure access at site of care.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts and physicians to approach customers and achieve sales goals.
- Drive patient identification through market development and physician education; align on strategy to retain customers.
- Use programs, in-services, and in-office presentations to impact territory results.
- Uphold integrity and compliance; additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university (required).
- B2B sales experience required (or relevant commensurate experience).
- 1β2 years biotech/specialty pharma business experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools; able to interpret simple datasets.
- Willingness to learn/adapt; growth mindset.
- Must be comfortable traveling ~60% (some overnight; incl. Boston, congresses, large territories).
- Driving is essential; valid driverβs license required and insurable.
- Must live within assigned territory.

Pay/Incentives:
- Base salary range: $119,000β$161,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
