Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target healthcare providers/accounts managing TTR amyloidosis to increase brand awareness and product adoption in the assigned territory.
- Continuously assess sales opportunities/challenges to grow business.
- Prioritize and manage time/activities/resources to optimize access to high-potential accounts.
- Build and maintain physician relationships using pre-call planning, tailored call plans, and post-call analysis.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive agreement/decisions; adapt communication style to audience needs.
- Communicate and collaborate across commercial, compliance, legal, market access, and patient care centers to support access at site of care.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts/physicians; achieve sales goals and maximize results.
- Drive patient identification via market development and physician education; align with cross-functional teams to retain customers.
- Use programs, in-services, and in-office presentations to impact territory results.
- Uphold integrity and compliance; perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- 4-year degree required.
- B2B sales experience required.
- 1–2 years biotech/specialty pharma business experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Basic data analysis understanding.
- Growth mindset; adaptable to changing environments.
- Must be comfortable traveling ~60% (including some overnight travel to Boston/congresses) and drive; valid driver’s license required and must be insurable.
- Must live within assigned territory.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base pay range: $119,000–$161,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
