Coordinate assigned aspects of an Operations Brand or Program to align with business goals and strategic imperatives. Assist the Brand Director/Brand Manager with the Supply Chain interface and serve as central point of contact for stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, S&T, Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, and TPMs). Provide global Brand/Product analysis, strategy, oversight, LRP/plan demand, and inventory management; ensure contract compliance/accountability with PRMs. Contribute to product/brand plans for launches, site transfers, security of supply, cost improvements, risk and lifecycle management. Help manage long-range plans and supply strategies/capacity with TPMs. Manage cross-functional programs across plants, TPMs, and functional organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions impacting brand sales, assurance of supply, and operational performance (may manage millions in capital/project expense; deliver multi-million cost savings).
- Lead/strategize negotiations for new contracts/extensions with TPMs (additional service costs, proposals, extra charges, etc.).
- Communicate/escalate supply assurance risks and develop mitigation plans with cross-functional teams and TPMs.
- Develop brand and financial plans, LRP, risk management, and lifecycle strategies aligned to business goals.
- Interface with Commercial to develop and agree on brand/product forecasts.
- Act as central supply chain point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate common vision; ensure roles/responsibilities/issues are clear and coordinated.
- Optimize operational performance while meeting strategic business needs and ensuring assurance of supply.
- Manage lifecycle transitions impacting brand sales (may manage millions in capital/project expense; deliver multi-million cost savings).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business/product management in Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management.
- Experience managing teams and fostering cross-boundary collaboration.
- Collaborative team player.
- Excellent presentation, oral/written, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities.
- Ability to manage/implement/influence large change management programs.
- Knowledge of Commercial and process/product/brand experience is a benefit.
- Understanding of core business processes.
- Ability to interface effectively in worldwide cultural settings and with executive-level management.
