About the role:
The Brand Insights and Analytics Lead, US Oncology (Associate Director-level) serves as a strategic insights and analytics partner to the US Oncology Business Unit, supporting development and execution of brand strategies that drive brand awareness, market performance, and sales results. Responsible for delivering brand and sales force analytics across oncology franchises.

How you will contribute:
- Lead proactive, systematic capture and understanding of brand needs for standard and ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and insights
- Develop and maintain brand KPIs and provide insights to brand teams
- Plan and execute core analytics workstreams (targeting, segmentation, promotional analytics, brand performance analytics) and integrate insights across workstreams
- Partner with market research/CI to identify customer needs, product awareness, positioning, messaging/effectiveness, and competitive landscape
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in brand insights/analytics and field execution strategies
- Support KPI and business metrics development for brand review meetings
- Collaborate with advanced analytics on patient/customer journeys and predictive alerts
- Manage expectations, resolve issues, and communicate process enhancements
- Present findings and recommendations to multiple leadership levels

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5–8 years of brand insights and analytics and pharmaceutical field execution
- Matrix stakeholder management experience
- Experience with processes/procedures, market research, and competitive intelligence in specialty biologics
- Leadership experience managing matrix teams and influencing strategic/tactical marketing decisions
- Leadership in market research for at least one external stakeholder (patient or medical community such as healthcare professional/payer)
- Strong communication/collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Thorough knowledge of drug commercialization
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis tools
- Strong project management (multiple projects)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical compliance
