Benefits Analyst I

Role: Benefits Analyst responsible for administering, ensuring compliance, and improving employee benefit programs including health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Responsibilities: manage benefit programs, support compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA regulations, assist with annual enrollment, conduct data analysis and reporting, support HR technology integration, and vendor management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; at least 3 years of benefits experience; strong Excel skills; familiarity with benefit regulations. Preferred: experience with Workday or similar HCM systems, benefits integrations, and regulatory compliance.
