Primary Responsibilities
- Lead global UC and CD marketing commercial teams; integrate marketing, policy, Global Market Access, Medical, Clinical, and CORE to develop an integrated global brand strategy for Tulisokibart and the IBD emerging portfolio.
- Collaborate with key markets/stakeholders for unified execution, value evidence plan, rapid/broad access, launch readiness, and go-to-market model (leveraging UC/CD synergies).
- Partner with R&D to optimize PDT, development and launch-readiness plans; support IBD development with R&D and Corporate Business Development.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify inorganic IBD growth opportunities.
- Drive digital innovation and embed advanced analytics into launch planning; support consistent local execution.
- Engage policy for portfolio access levers; partner with Manufacturing on supply chain decisions.
- Align CORE real-world evidence plan with portfolio priorities; collaborate with Immunology Global Marketing colleagues to build inclusivity and challenge status quo.

Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: MBA.

Qualifications/Experience
- 10+ years progressive pharma/biotech experience (marketing/sales/market access or related) with 3+ years in-line marketing.
- Preferred: prior launch experience.
- 5+ years global immunology experience.

Preferred Skills
- Proven high-performance launches/business results; innovative thinking; collaboration/influence without authority; clear enterprise-level communication; understanding of early/late-stage development; strategic data analysis; ability to overcome obstacles.
