AVP, Global Head of Payroll

Role: Head of Global Payroll responsible for end-to-end payroll operations worldwide, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Objectives include managing daily payroll execution, vendor relationships, statutory compliance, and leading the global payroll consolidation and automation initiatives. Responsibilities: oversee payroll processes across all regions, implement AI and automation to enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and reduce manual effort; lead the consolidation program from design to deployment; manage a global team of payroll leaders; and ensure controls and compliance. Requirements: 10+ years in payroll with 5+ years in global or multi-region leadership; deep knowledge of US payroll/tax and multi-country compliance; experience with large-scale payroll transformation, vendor management, and AI/automation application in payroll; strong controls, audit, and risk management skills; proven leadership managing diverse teams across geographies. Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience with incentive, equity payroll, M&A payroll integration; familiarity with enterprise AI-enabled workforce management solutions.
