AVP, Global Head of Payroll

Role: Head of Global Payroll overseeing end-to-end payroll operations across all regions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant employee payments, while leading a global payroll consolidation and automation transformation. Responsibilities: manage daily payroll execution, vendor relationships, statutory compliance, and audit readiness; lead the design and deployment of a harmonized payroll and time tracking system; set AI and automation strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control; build and develop a global payroll team with a focus on automation fluency; establish controls, continuous improvement, and employee-centric culture. Requirements: 10+ years in payroll, including 5+ years leading multi-region payroll operations; proven experience managing global payroll consolidations and vendor transitions; deep knowledge of US payroll/tax and multi-country compliance; expertise in payroll platforms, automation, and AI tools with measurable impact; strong controls and audit orientation; excellent stakeholder management.
