Position Summary
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share by identifying targeted commercial and/or government hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers and related entities within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the Company’s surgical products and tissues with established agency partners, customers, and new prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals.
- Identify and execute market opportunities by implementing marketing strategies, developing sales plans, and achieving revenue growth through targeted sales channels within the assigned territory.
- Conduct large group and individual presentations to agencies, customers, and prospects using company-approved content.
- Research and resolve commission issues for agencies within established policies.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to provide effective support to agencies and customers.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting and sales forecast tracking.
- Maintain awareness of industry activities and local market knowledge.
- Use scientific medical studies to advance knowledge of product/tissue properties, results, and outcomes.
- Define and establish territory plans to achieve current and long-term revenue/sales goals.
- Collaborate with surgical teammates to facilitate surgical growth in shared accounts.
- Manage contract compliance with agencies and their customer representation.
- Ensure agencies are trained and compliant with regulatory requirements and reporting.

Education/Experience
- BS/BA in related discipline; 2–5 years related experience with 1–3 years progressive responsible roles (or verifiable ability).
OR
- MS/MA with 1–3 years related experience; certification required in some areas; prefer 3–4 years in medical device/biotechnology/tissue healthcare segments; prior high-growth organization experience.

Skills/Competencies
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to interact with all management levels and customers.
- Influencing skills (tenacity and diplomacy); strong organization and multitasking.
- Strong analytical, strategic/technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, and present clinical/scientific data to physicians.
- Proven sales results; strategic selling and market analytics.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers.

Work Environment
- Work at customer/clinical sites and/or home office; follow site credentialing requirements and wear scrubs/white coat.
- Regular local and long-distance travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000–$72,000 plus bonus (based on experience, education, credentials, and location).
