Responsibilities:
- Perform mammalian cell culture, reagent preparation, and other assigned laboratory activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform job responsibilities in compliance with GxP regulations.
- Maintain detailed inventory of reagents and order laboratory supplies as needed for daily operations.
- Review documentation associated with protocols and SOPs, including data archiving and data review.
- Collect and analyze data to support troubleshooting, qualification, and other lab projects; present results at group/project meetings; write monthly progress reports if applicable.
- Build team skills and collaborate effectively within the work group.
- Stay current on all departmental and corporate training.
- Follow procedures for assigned tasks and seek guidance when necessary.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- BA/BS in life science (e.g., biology, cell biology, immunology, virology, microbiology) with 0–2 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cells, aseptic technique, pipetting, microscopy, simple calculations, and basic problem-solving.
- Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant scientific software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Nice-To-Have:
- Pharmaceutical and biotech drug discovery experience.
- Experience in flow cytometry.
- Experience in bioassays designed to assess antibody functionality.

- Base salary range: $60,200.00–$100,400.00; bonus target of 7.5% of base salary.
