Associate Sales Representative (ASR)

Responsibilities:
- Provide short-term (interim) territory coverage within assigned territories under direction of a Region Business Manager (RBM).
- Plan and execute sales activities; achieve territory management, call activity goals, and performance objectives (call activity, sample/resource utilization, target reach/frequency, sales performance).
- Maintain proficient knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications.
- Deliver sales presentations to current/prospective customers using the Amneal selling model and DiSC personality profile.
- Complete pre-call and post-call analysis; review/analyze sales data and utilize developmental budget funds.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines; support reporting and regulatory standards.
- Develop a daily call schedule for efficient territory coverage; meet face-to-face call expectations focusing on top target customers.
- Complete administrative reports and meet deadlines; safeguard and care for company assets.
- Enter calls into Veeva System via iPad and check/respond to email daily.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business or related field (Required).
- 1+ year sales/work experience or customer-facing/customer-focused role (required; internships/co-ops may count).

Skills:
- Intermediate strong communication and presentation skills.

Location/Travel Requirement:
- Frequent travel (80%+), including overnight stays every week (M–Th).
- Live near a major HUB airport (within 30–45 minutes without traffic).

Compensation & Incentives:
- Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year.
- Short-term incentive opportunity (bonus/performance-based award) within first 12 months.
