Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage incentive compensation plan implementation and design; track field performance to goals; lead communications across sales leaders.
- Partner with sales leadership on business plans and objectives/content.
- Collaborate with Regional Business Directors (RBDs) to identify business questions (market trends, sales performance, call planning, metrics/KPIs) and provide real-time actionable insights.
- Lead targeting and optimize territory workload, sizing, and alignment to drive results.
- Partner with Business Insights and Forecasting to design/develop/implement support for business and operational consistency; represent sales force interests in key internal meetings.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Operations, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and Data Operations.
- Lead development of commercial sales strategies (SFE needs, customer segmentation/alignment, call plan achievement, reach & frequency, business insights).
- Implement new technology (e.g., AI) to improve sales force effectiveness.
- Manage external vendor(s) on sales force effectiveness initiatives and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s + 12+ years industry experience (or Masterโ€™s + 10+ years) with management consulting and/or pharmaceutical analytics, sales operations and/or marketing.
- Working knowledge of relational data; ability to translate technical needs.
- Strong analytical/strategic skills; demonstrated ability to learn disease states.
- Proven ability to analyze/interpret data and create targeted presentations; generate complex reports.
- Proficient: Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI; working knowledge of Salesforce.com/Veeva/Tableau.
- Excellent communication/presentation (including senior executives); emotional intelligence/diplomacy; confidentiality.
- Self-starter; matrix teams and project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years rare/orphan disease experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.
