Responsibilities:
- Support development of US marketing tactical plans for existing and potential new Cabozantinib indications in RCC cancers.
- Execute compelling promotional tactics for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels.
- Consult with Ex-US and US partner organizations to review and align promotional message execution.
- Align messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives and strategies.
- Ensure key brand messages and materials are effectively communicated at sales meetings.
- Support management of the promotions budget; establish goals and metrics; measure performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, sales training, market planning, and regulatory/compliance.
- Collaborate with the Payer Sales Team to develop promotional materials for the managed care audience.
- Manage key vendor relationships, including the promotional agency of record.
- Foster trust and a strong culture across marketing, sales, and partners.
Qualifications:
- Masterβs degree in related discipline and 13 years of related experience; or BS/BA and at least 11 years; or equivalent combination.
- Experience in product marketing, field sales, or market research/analysis in pharma/biotech.
- Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Patient marketing/advocacy/public relations/digital marketing/sales: plus.
- Oncology experience: strongly preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
- Prioritization; collaboration with stakeholders; strategic/creative thinking.
- Network internally/externally; use market research and sales insights to optimize messaging/tactics.
- Strong presentation and verbal/written communication.
- Understanding of FDA regulations for drug promotions; experience with Legal/Medical/Regulatory review.
- Business travel required.
