Role: Associate Principal Scientist in Oncology health economic modeling within the Health Economic and Decision Sciences (HEDS) team, focusing on quantifying value and informing decisions for oncology products. Responsibilities: lead development of predictive, economic, and disease models using data from clinical trials, real-world evidence, and published sources; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance integrated modeling approaches; support health economic evaluations for all phases of drug development; develop and maintain global health economic tools; disseminate findings through conferences and publications; provide training and guidance on models; engage with external stakeholders including payers and HTA bodies. Requirements: PhD (preferred) or Masterβs in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or related field; significant experience in health economics and outcomes research, especially for oncology therapeutics; expertise in health economic modeling, HTA submissions, and market access strategies; strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High-Value: focus on oncology, health economic modeling, real-world evidence integration, HTA/submission experience. Work Setup: hybrid/flexible arrangements; preferred locations include West Point, PA, Rahway, NJ, Boston MA, UK, or Switzerland; travel approximately 10%.
