Associate P&O Business Partner (DPM Expansions)

Role: HR Business Partner supporting Novo Nordisk’s People & Organization team, focusing on workforce strategy, leadership development, and employee relations. Responsibilities: partner with line managers to execute HR processes, support organizational culture change, manage employee relations cases, facilitate leadership competency development, onboarding, and employee surveys; execute local and global HR projects and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field; 1+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing; HR certifications like PHR or SPHR are a plus. HighValue: experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, and managing HR systems; knowledge of employment law, Lean Manufacturing, change management, and diversity. WorkSetup: hybrid; travel up to 10%.
