Operations
Purpose
- Set up equipment for routine processes; operate complex equipment and monitor manufacturing processes under supervision.
- Communicate operational events/issues; identify and help implement process improvements in both physical operations and written documents.
- Maintain operating conditions within desired range; set up equipment for minor processing changes.
- Learn equipment and manufacturing processes with certified/qualified trainer (based on experience) and apply work/process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Follow GMP policies and demonstrate compliance with local/industry quality and safety standards.
- Operate manual or controlled process equipment.
- Complete and apply required technical, regulatory, and safety training.
- Troubleshoot problem situations with occasional assistance.
- Make timely decisions under occasional supervision to meet department goals.
- Recommend improved manufacturing and departmental processes; take ownership of tasks/small projects including 5S implementation and SOP reviews.
- Listen to learn work procedures, share information to improve production efficiency, and attend/actively participate in meetings.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and constructively with others inside/outside the operating environment.
- Rotating shift schedule:
- 1st weeks (Sun–Thu) 11:00pm–7:00am
- 2nd week (Mon–Fri) 3:00pm–11:00pm
- 3rd–4th weeks (Mon–Fri) 7:00am–3:00pm
- Overtime: every other weekend Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Basic technical knowledge with manufacturing experience in a chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of departmental operating procedures/guidelines and compliance/safety rules for normal duties.
