Associate Medical Director, US Medical Affairs – Neuroscience

Associate Medical Director, US Medical Affairs – Neuroscience (Titusville, NJ; hybrid: 3 days in office, up to 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Medical Affairs (MAF) representative for Spravato REMS; provide medical input
- Own/manage Spravato consulting committee and advisory processes (agenda, scientific content, compliant execution)
- Review/evaluate Investigator-Initiated Study (IIS) concepts; champion priorities through review/approval/funding; monitor progress/milestones
- Provide oversight of CME/independent medical education (scientific quality and compliance)
- Develop/lead abstracts and manuscripts (author or reviewer) for J&J-supported/sponsored studies
- Partner with Medical Communications and Scientific Exchange on scientific content development, review, and approval
- Consult on scientific content; support Field Medical (MSL) education/enablement
- Address medical questions and educational gaps from field insights; support medical information needs

Requirements:
- MD/DO, PharmD, PhD, or NP required
- Preferred: 3+ years medical affairs experience; OR 5+ years post-graduate clinical practice (may include research: clinical studies/registries/epidemiology/health outcomes)
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication (oral presentation)
- Strong time management; accountability for deliverables/timelines
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- Neuroscience/psychiatry/mood disorder experience
- Scientific manuscript planning/writing; medical information or medical communications experience
- MSL collaboration and insight capture

Other:
- ~10–20% annual travel (primarily domestic)
