Associate Manager (Accounting Operations)
On-site (4 days per week in office).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Develop and present arguments, process models, and workflow diagrams to support decision-making
- Empower the Accounting Operations team with guidance, support, and a positive work environment
- Track departmental metrics to monitor performance, identify improvements, and support key financial goals
- Support data analysis efforts to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decisions
- Prepare and deliver clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to Accounting leadership
- Partner with Accounting Operations management to prioritize projects/tasks, allocate resources, and plan weekly/monthly goals
- Enhance partnerships with offshore teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting close deliverables
- Supervise and evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions; provide ongoing support
- Participate in special projects/initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting
- 6–8+ years of experience in an Accounting function
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls
- Expertise in business process design and documentation
Preferred/Plus:
- Proven understanding of large-scale ERP systems
- Six Sigma certification

- Salary range (annual): $98,100.00 - $160,100.00
