Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative, U.S. Petcare Division
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed overall sales objectives (quota) and key growth product goals within assigned geography.
- Successfully launch new product and service offerings.
- Balance a broad portfolio to meet territory and business needs.
- Demonstrate success in key sales metrics (e.g., growth rates, business health).
- Consistently demonstrate Solution Selling capabilities.
- Build and demonstrate technical knowledge, verbal fluency, and veterinary practice expertise.
- Build and service relationships with targeted hospitals/personnel to maintain and grow account relevance and access.
- Interact with customers following Zoetis promotional guidelines.
- Use insight and consultative selling to become a trusted advisor and link client needs to Zoetis solutions.
- Meet and exceed department KPIs, including customer engagement and use of Zoetis tools/technologies.
- Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan (industry insights, territory SWOT, strategies, tactics).
- Develop and implement SMART goals; leverage Zoetis resources; deliver cross-functional collaboration.
- Use Zoetis resources (samples, educational materials, events) to maximize ROI.
- Use CRM to identify account growth opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews; adjust strategies/tactics/investments to maximize performance.
- Work with colleagues while meeting integrity/compliance, communication, administrative, and teamwork expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree required; BS/BA preferred.
- Animal Health/veterinary medicine experience preferred.
- Accountable for results; creative opportunity-finding/problem-solving.
- Analytics/insights to enhance decisions; follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage assigned expense budgets.
- Strategic selling, customer-focused, professional demeanor and presentation.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly.
- Independent and team collaboration; works in fluid, complex environments.
- Computer skills (MS Office/Outlook) and ability to learn Zoetis systems.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable): Eligible for short-term and long-term incentives; healthcare/insurance beginning day one, 401(k) match and profit-sharing, and 4 weeks’ vacation.
Travel: Limited travel for regional/national meetings and onsite educational trainings.
