Position Summary:
Strategic interim sales coverage across open sales territories nationwide (typically 1–6 months), managing territory activities while promoting a specialized Neurology product to Movement Disorder Specialists and Neurologists.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Impact existing and new customers by delivering exceptional value/service to help providers start appropriate patients on therapy.
- Educate physicians and healthcare professionals using product knowledge, dialogue skills, and clinical materials; address questions and objections.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, including KOLs; identify concerns and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
- Analyze sales potential and execute territory plans to optimize call activity, reach, frequency, and approved activities within budget/policy.
- Develop and adjust quarterly business/action plans.
- Advise on pricing and reimbursement; act as liaison for reimbursement questions.
- Submit timely reports, maintain accurate expenses, and comply with regulations/policies.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners; attend required meetings/conferences.
- Participate in leadership/mentoring, field training, and cross-functional projects; other duties as assigned.

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred); equivalent education/experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years applicable experience preferred.
- Travel up to 90%; live in assigned geography temporarily for 1–6 months; relocate every 3–6 months as needed; must be able to temporarily live within territory (housing paid by company).
- Demonstrated selling skills; strong persuasion/negotiation; exceptional disease state/product knowledge; strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to learn technical/scientific knowledge and analyze business opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; comply with fleet program.

Compensation:
$84,000–$105,000 USD; eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards.
