Position Summary:
Provide strategic interim coverage across open sales territories nationwide (likely 1β6 months), owning territory management and promoting a specialized Neurology product to Movement Disorder Specialists and Neurologists.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build value-driven customer impact to help providers identify and start appropriate patients on therapy.
- Educate physicians and healthcare professionals using product knowledge and clinical materials; address questions/objections.
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs; gain access and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
- Analyze sales potential and execute territory plans to optimize call activity and approved activities within budget/policy.
- Create and adjust quarterly business/action plans.
- Advise on pricing and reimbursement; serve as liaison for reimbursement questions.
- Submit timely reports, maintain accurate expenses, and comply with regulations/policies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners; attend required meetings/conferences.
Selling/Customer Service/Knowledge:
- Represent company mission/values; meet/exceed sales expectations.
- Develop and execute territory business plans.
- Partner with customers; provide disease/product/reimbursement information and approved resources.
- Develop deep neuroscience and product knowledge; pursue ongoing development; act as subject-matter expert.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences preferred); equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years applicable experience preferred.
- Travel up to 90%; live in assigned territory in temporary housing (relocate every 3β6 months); must maintain good standing with FDA and OIG.
- Demonstrated selling, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; strong disease state/product knowledge.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Competitive base plus discretionary bonus and equity; salary range $84,000β$105,000.
