Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Associate. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to the stability and success of our technology landscape. The ideal candidate should have a basic technical background, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to develop expertise in operational processes. Location: Hybrid; must be able to work from the assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about AI products with guidance from senior team members, while developing customer service and IT skills.
  • Help document support processes and add to the team’s knowledge base.
  • Assist with tracking support activities and contribute to team improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with team members to spot opportunities for making processes more efficient.
  • Provide basic day-to-day support for global and regional applications in the portfolio.
  • Follow established Governance & Compliance processes with direction from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Required: Basic understanding of IT concepts, customer service, or application support.
  • Required: Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Required: Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Required: Interest in developing skills in AI products, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
  • Preferred: Basic awareness of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and data security concepts, with a willingness to learn and apply best practices.
