Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to identify local insights, support pull-through, and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges collaboratively.
- Provide real-time access support; work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college/university).
- Experience (per level guidelines) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales; large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60–80%; ability to drive and/or fly; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling Guidelines (by experience):
- Associate: 4+ years US Military leadership or limited prior sales experience.
- Territory: 2+ years relevant complex sales experience.
- Senior: 5+ years relevant complex sales experience.
- Executive: 10+ years relevant complex sales experience.

Application/Training:
- For field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training (home study ≀8 hours/day, ≀40 hours/week).
