Main Responsibilities:
- Engage C-suite decision makers (e.g., CMO, CFO, Quality lead) at risk-based organizations (RBOs) on the use/value of the Sanofi vaccine portfolio; focus initially on RSV and Flu.
- Build and maintain compliant customer relationships.
- Maximize understanding and communication of vaccines’ clinical and economic value aligned to customer objectives.
- Develop and update RBO targeting/profiling by geography: identify best-fit RBOs; map decision-making; assess payment structures/care delivery models; anticipate market risks/trends; develop payer strategies.
- Create engagement strategies/tactics using data, cross-functional intelligence, and external learnings; follow up, share outputs, and report KPIs.
- Update value propositions (health economics analyses, models, budget impact, reimbursement arguments, clinical messages) and contribute to RBO strategy.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships (Account Management, Pricing & Contracting, Marketing, MSL) and develop internal training.
- Implement health economics and outcomes research; identify and support reimbursement/risk-bearing contract needs; adapt tools to a health-system focus.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Travel up to 50%.
- 5+ years in market access, payer engagement, or health economics (vaccines a plus).
- Experience in account management/health system navigation.
- Strong understanding of commercial payer reimbursement and risk-bearing; financial analysis/economic modeling.
- Ability to develop compliant content, build customer relationships, and demonstrate executive presence.
- Strong analytical skills; synthesize multi-source data; convert insights into actions.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/advanced degree.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience; Buy & Bill (preferred in vaccine space).
- Executive engagement/people leadership.
- Cross-functional experience and strong strategic/communication skills.
