Associate Director - Value, Access, Insights, and Solutions

Role: Associate Director, Value Access Insights & Solutions, responsible for developing payer-focused strategies to support market access for Takeda medicines. Responsibilities: lead collection and synthesis of healthcare system insights, create strategic engagement plans, develop customized tools and resources for payers, health systems, and policy makers, and collaborate across Medical, Market Access, and other internal teams. Manage projects ensuring compliance, oversee vendor activities, and optimize communication resources. Contribute to evidence generation and formulary decision-maker materials, integrating real-world evidence and health economic data. Requirements: Master's or doctorate in healthcare, behavioral economics, or related field; 5+ years healthcare experience including at least 2 years in pharma or payers; strong understanding of observational research, value assessment, and population health decision-making; excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience in medical communications, VEEVA systems, and additional business or project management qualifications. High-Value: US healthcare landscape expertise, payer engagement, formulary and policy insights, biologics or specialty medicines focus, and hybrid (Cambridge or Lexington, MA) work setup with up to 10% travel.
