Associate Director - Value, Access, Insights, and Solutions

Role: Associate Director of Value Access Insights & Solutions, responsible for developing payer-focused medical strategies to ensure market access for Takeda medicines. Responsibilities: lead data synthesis on healthcare landscape, create strategic engagement and communication plans for payers, health systems, and policy makers; collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and other internal teams to inform evidence generation, formulary decisions, and value-based care initiatives; oversee vendor management, develop medical access tools, and enhance resources for field medical teams. Requirements: Master's or doctorate in healthcare or related field; at least 5 years of healthcare experience including 2 years in pharma, with expertise in outcomes research, real-world evidence, and payer engagement; strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. HighValue: focus on US healthcare system, payer insights, evidence generation, population health, and formulary decision-making; hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA or Lexington, MA; travel up to 10%. Experience with regulatory, compliance, and medical communications processes is essential, with preferred knowledge in health economics, outcomes research, and medical education.
