Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed analyses of U.S. healthcare policy reforms (Medicaid changes, state affordability initiatives, UPLs, state drug pricing boards, and other state pricing/reimbursement/access policies).
- Develop, maintain, and apply analytical and financial models to quantify impacts of policy actions across priority markets and the broader BMS portfolio.
- Monitor and interpret statutes, regulations, guidance, and budget actions; translate into clear analytical outputs and summaries for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in U.S. health policy, policy analytics, government pricing, reimbursement analysis, or related roles (state or federal policy emphasis).
- Demonstrated experience analyzing state Medicaid policy, state affordability initiatives, UPLs, or other state-driven healthcare reforms; familiarity with state legislative/regulatory processes (strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of federal frameworks (e.g., Medicaid, 340B, IRA) and how they intersect with state actions.
- Experience building/using financial, economic, or policy models for healthcare pricing/reimbursement/access.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex policy information for non-technical audiences; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment; cross-functional/matrix experience.
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH/MPP/MBA/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
