Responsibilities:
- Serve as Omnichannel/Digital subject matter expert and Experience Architect for assigned Therapeutic Area(s).
- Translate Brand objectives into orchestrated, AI-enabled customer journeys for HCPs and Patients (awareness through engagement and conversion).
- Design next-best-action engagement flows across customer, channel, content, and cadence.
- Ensure omnichannel strategies are insight-driven, compliant, measurable, and aligned to Brand/portfolio priorities.
- Act as the single primary omnichannel point of contact for the Brand; own end-to-end strategy and execution.
- Guide Brand teams on experience design, channel appropriateness, content sequencing, and investment decisions.
- Facilitate engagement planning sessions; provide performance insights, learning agendas, and recommendations.
- Own omnichannel campaign planning, execution, performance, and optimization; integrate Media into experience design.
- Collaborate with Media, Omnichannel Operations, Decision Science, and IT for high-quality, on-time, compliant execution.
- Translate designs into business/operational requirements prioritized through SAFE/Agile delivery.
- Ensure adherence to omnichannel playbooks, SOPs, and enterprise standards.
- Be the TA expert on the MarTech ecosystem and AI-driven orchestration tools; champion capability adoption.
- Partner with Decision Sciences to refine next-best-action logic; ensure tagging/tracking/reporting readiness.
- Drive continuous optimization through testing and insight-led refinements.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- 7+ years omnichannel/digital healthcare client experience (Pharmaceutical/Biotech) focused on strategy, planning, execution, and measurement.
- Proven omnichannel strategy design for inline brands (journeys, channel mix, content sequencing).
- Ability to own strategy-to-execution alignment and campaign lifecycle optimization.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven next-best-action, personalization, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience partnering with Brand teams to influence engagement decisions within brand strategy guardrails.
- Ability to translate omnichannel strategy into actionable MarTech operational requirements.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Media, Omnichannel Operations, Decision Science, IT, and compliance.
- Strong analytics/commercial impact mindset.
- Compliance-first understanding of regulatory, privacy, and PRC requirements.
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
