Position Summary
- Home office-based role supporting FM and HOM personnel to drive scientific exchange and collect timely insights that create measurable medical impact.
- Own planning, development, facilitation, and assessment of ongoing scientific/skills β€œpull-through” training with focus on Neuropsychiatry portfolio and support for US priority clinical trials.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, coordinate, and update FM new-hire, disease-state, and systems onboarding; run needs assessments and evaluations for quarterly updates.
- Ensure FM launch readiness via innovative learning design, field readiness validations, mentoring, and field-based learning.
- Develop and deploy ongoing therapeutic area medical/scientific education for US FM and HOM; align plans to US medical needs.
- Support training for BMS scientific data releases at major US congresses (including embargoed data).
- Select outside speakers/consultants with US FM management and Medical Affairs as needed.
- Design training using adult learning principles; apply Medical Trainer Academy learnings; evaluate and update materials.
- Create annual training plans; maintain training for US FM teams supporting BMS priority tiered clinical trials.

Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, PhD, or MSN (MD/DO/PharmD/DNP/PhD/MSN strongly preferred).
- 5+ years therapeutic area experience.
- 7–10 years pharma/biotech experience with MSL or similar field-based experience.
- Strong public presentation; exceptional organization and planning; cross-functional and cross-geography interaction.
- Adult learning knowledge; excellent written/interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word; AI apps (ChatGPT/MS Co-Pilot/Claude).
- Travel ~20%.
