Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of omnichannel engagement strategies translating brand and disease state priorities into coordinated customer journeys across digital, media, and non-personal channels.
- Lead execution of HCP digital marketing initiatives, including activation of content/assets across paid and owned media channels and management of digital content calendars.
- Partner with the Media lead to support HCP media planning and optimization to maximize reach, engagement, and business impact across priority customer segments.
- Integrate customer target lists, predictive alerts, and digital behavioral signals to enable more personalized and responsive customer experiences.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform optimization.
- Evaluate and implement emerging digital capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance engagement, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing (HCP, Patient, MedEd) and cross-functional partners (Omnichannel, Market Research, Advanced Analytics, etc.) for aligned strategy, coordinated execution, and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with legal/regulatory/compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution.
- Partner with agencies for high-quality execution, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
- Contribute to annual brand and tactical planning by defining omnichannel strategies and activation plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ yearsβ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare marketing, healthcare consulting, or healthcare agency experience.
- Demonstrated experience in omnichannel engagement strategy and digital marketing execution; HCP media planning/optimization experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Strategic problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage agency partners and marketing budgets.
U.S. Pay Range:
- $161,500.00 - $218,500.00 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive award.
