PRIMARY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership: Build trust; lead through ambiguity; influence without authority.
- Clinical Proficiency: Provide approved disease/product info; maximize appropriate portfolio utilization; align responses to external quality initiatives; understand treatment decision factors (pathways, protocols, sites of care, guidelines).
- Business Acumen: Use internal data/analytics to assess account performance and identify engagement opportunities; develop coordinated longitudinal account plans; understand B2B buying dynamics; coordinate contract pull-through with local teams.
- Operational/Account Management: Establish strategic account approach aligned to marketing; align brand strategy with customer needs to improve patient outcomes; build relationships with key decision makers/influencers; understand access entry points and stakeholders; use approved tools to capture/share customer information.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma + 4+ years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military/healthcare-scientific).
- 2+ years relevant experience (healthcare/life sciences sales, account management, managed care).
- Valid driver’s license; relationship-building with senior healthcare executives/KOLs; financial acumen; strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; excellent communication; cross-functional leadership; travel ~50%.
PREFERRED
- Advanced degree; local market relationships; account management experience in large oncology group practices/IDNs (oncology/hematology).

BENEFITS/COMPENSATION (as stated)
