Primary Activities & Responsibilities
Leadership
- Builds and maintains trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through effective communication, integration, and collaboration.
- Leads through challenging/ambiguous situations while meeting deadlines/objectives by prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and resource availability.
- Influences others and leads without authority; fosters collaborative problem-solving and reaches consensus.
Clinical Proficiency
- Understands the product portfolio to provide approved disease and product information to key decision makers.
- Maximizes appropriate utilization of the portfolio; brings resources to customers to improve patient outcomes.
- Aligns external quality initiatives to customer needs using approved company resources/messages.
- Understands treatment decision factors (pathways, protocols, sites of care, guidelines, quality initiatives).
Business Acumen
- Uses internal data and analytics to understand account performance and identify engagement opportunities.
- Develops and pulls through a coordinated, longitudinal account plan based on market trends.
- Applies B2B market knowledge to influence buying decisions; uses approved messages/resources with healthcare business partners.
- Coordinates local account teams for contract pull-through and local contract term requests.
Operational/Account Management
- Establishes a strategic account approach aligned with marketing guidance; aligns brand strategy/tactics to customer needs and business objectives.
- Builds relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders; identifies approved resources; understands entry access points and stakeholders.
- Uses approved tools to capture/share customer information internally.

Position Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree OR high school diploma plus 4+ years relevant experience (professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific).
- 2+ years relevant experience in healthcare/life sciences, sales, account management, or managed care.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Ability to build relationships with senior healthcare executives/KOLs.
- Demonstrated financial acumen; ability to communicate value proposition and negotiate (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills across cultures/disciplines.
- Strong leadership; collaborative in cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Travel ~50%.

Preferred
- Advanced degree.
- Local market relationships/customer knowledge.
- Account management experience in large Oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks focused on Oncology/Hematology.

Required Skills
