Role Summary
- Lead U.S. VOXZOGO marketing to drive brand strategy and market execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications) and external stakeholders (healthcare professionals, agency partners).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive franchise value in a competitive market; contribute to U.S. strategy and Global strategic direction.
- Analyze market environment and integrate competitive intelligence for upcoming competitor launch readiness.
- Lead U.S. competitive-readiness efforts; advocate for and represent the U.S. point of view.
- Own strategy and performance for a priority customer segment (A-to-B shift, messages, tactics, channels, KPIs).
- Use digital capabilities to deliver omnichannel engagement.
- Deliver measurable growth and/or retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners; execute against brand strategy.
- Manage and optimize marketing investments and budgets.
- Collaborate with U.S. marketing on insights, campaign/tactic development, and field communication.
- Manage KOL activities; support ad board planning/execution and major congress oversight.
- Partner with Business Insights & Analytics to develop/monitor KPIs.
- Drive brand plan and tactical plan with senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles in competitive markets.
- Experience with creative agencies and promotional review (medical/regulatory/legal) to develop, deploy, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Strategic and analytical skills; comfortable with complexity/ambiguity.
- Strong communication with senior leaders; effective in a matrixed organization.
- Strong accountability; collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; lead teams; drive decisions.
- Self-starter with solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for improving patient and business outcomes.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.

- Knowledge of major pharmaceutical markets.
- Knowledge of market access and medical strategy.
- Management/strategy consulting experience.
- Rare disease experience.
- Prior sales experience.
