Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the strategy, vision, operations, and governance for the Transparency Reporting program globally.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of disclosures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assess the organization’s geographic footprint to ensure program strategy and reporting methodology are compliant, fit for purpose, and scalable globally; develop spend transparency compliance controls.
- Lead and oversee master service provider and spend transparency technology.
- Develop and govern Global Transparency Reporting policy.
- Own transparency dashboards; use data trends and insights to drive compliance and inform decision-making.
- Assess processes, tools, and policies to strengthen the program and improve efficiencies.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Data Privacy, Compliance, Commercial, Medical, Global Travel & Expense, Global Meeting & Events) to drive transformation.
- Lead Transparency Reporting team members, including task prioritization, resource allocation, master service provider support, and creation of metrics/dashboards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to achieve functional and corporate goals.
- Build partnerships with Senior Leadership.
- Support assessments and self-testing (e.g., reviewing sponsorships/payments) for compliance.
- Use data analytics to identify high-risk activities and develop compliance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies.

Knowledge and Skills (Required/Preferred)
- Proven experience leading Transparency Reporting and/or Monitoring.
- Expertise in transparency reporting laws, disclosures, regulations, and industry codes (e.g., US Sunshine Act, EFPIA Disclosures, and/or European disclosure laws).
- Experience owning transparency reporting technology and master service provider partnerships.
- Strong analytical, influencing, operational/project management, and presentation skills.
- Advanced leadership skills (coaching/mentoring) and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with transparency reporting technology; PowerBi dashboard ownership.
- Experience with Master Data Management systems.
- Adaptable for a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college/university).
- Typically 7 years of relevant experience in transparency/risk/control/monitoring/compliance or similar.
- 2 years leading a Transparency Reporting/Monitoring (or similar) function globally, including people management.
- Previous pharmaceutical experience required.

Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary estimate: $167,000–$204,000 per year.
