Associate Director, Total Rewards

Role: Associate Director, Total Rewards (Aesthetics Lead), partnering with global AbbVie and Aesthetics business units to develop and manage competitive Total Rewards programs. Responsibilities: administer cash and benefits programs, analyze market data, provide insights on demographic and employee engagement trends, and support talent attraction and retention strategies; collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams; coach global reward teams, and develop job architecture and compensation ranges for Aesthetics. Requirements: 8+ years in Compensation, including Job Design and Market Pricing, preferably in biotech, technology, or aesthetics; 4+ years managing Total Rewards programs; Bachelor's degree in Finance or HR-related field preferred.
