Location/Territory: Must reside in Los Angeles, CA (or surrounding area). Territory covers CA, OR, WA, and HI. No relocation.

Travel: 60โ€“80% (domestic/international as defined by hiring manager).

Key Responsibilities:
- Build/strengthen relationships with established and emerging Medical Experts across the dermatology landscape.
- Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights supporting strategic business priorities.
- Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and educational strategies.
- Capture, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support peer-to-peer education (expert insights, speaker development, educational planning).
- Moderate approved educational programs and peer exchanges per company policies.
- Lead/support advisory boards, insight forums, speaker initiatives, and other marketing programs.
- Coordinate Medical Expert engagement for congresses, society meetings, and external events.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams to execute aligned strategies.
- Use digital tools and CRM platforms for engagement planning, insight generation, and collaboration.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (related field); MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement, field-based or regional marketing, HCP education, MSL/account management, medical communications, or related pharma/biotech role.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; driving is essential. Ability to travel 60โ€“80% and drive/fly within CA/OR/WA/HI.
- Proven ability to develop productive, compliant relationships with HCPs and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of field-based marketing, Medical Expert engagement, insight generation, peer-to-peer education, congress planning, and compliant cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, multi-priority execution, and performance in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority; strong organization/project management/problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM/digital engagement/insight capture.
- Financial/budget acumen; commitment to compliance and ethical decision-making.

Desirable Requirements:
- Rheumatology therapeutic area expertise and field leadership experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and field leadership.

Driving requirement: Fully valid and unrestricted driverโ€™s license required.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $145,600โ€“$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity.
