The Oncology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales position supporting Regeneron’s Commercial Oncology Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Engage key external US oncology thought leaders at academic centers and community practices to gather insights and share clinical information (especially NSCLC)
- Conduct substantive business discussions on on-label product information, disease state, and corporate overviews
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach to drive strategic thought leader engagements
- Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at conferences and during day-to-day business
- Develop and maintain lists of key thought leaders in the assigned geography; build relationships with established and emerging thought leaders
- Support speaker bureau buildout (identify potential speakers, manage logistics for training, provide feedback to improve educational impact)
- Share insights with Marketing and other functional groups to inform brand strategy and marketing opportunities
- Translate national strategies into regional execution and coordinate with internal teams
- Support regional/national advisory board planning; recommend participants and liaise to coordinate involvement
- Ensure thought leader interactions follow company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree/advanced education or certification is a plus
- Minimum 10 years experience in Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, and/or relevant medical/clinical roles
- Expertise in pharmaceutical marketing strategies
- Hematology/oncology market experience strongly preferred; lung cancer disease-state experience preferred but not required
- Ideally, launch experience
